- Dehydrated Ingredients (Catalogue Products)
- Retail Value-Added Products (Store)
We ensure:

- FSSAI-licensed handling
- GMP/HACCP-aligned practices
However, we do not guarantee:
- Medical or health outcomes
- Custom results beyond agreed specifications
4. B2B ORDERS (DEHYDRATION SERVICES)
For bulk or custom requirements:
- Orders require a formal proposal and acceptance.
- Pricing varies based on:
- Raw material
- Quantity
- Processing type
- Packaging
- Lead time will be confirmed during the proposal.
- No B2B order is final until:
- 50% advance is received (unless otherwise agreed)
- Written confirmation is shared
5. RETAIL ORDERS (STORE PRODUCTS)
- Retail orders are processed after successful payment.
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled after they are packed or shipped.
- Product descriptions and images are for representation only; minor variations may occur.
- All food products are non-returnable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
6. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods include:
- Razorpay
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Agro Savore is not responsible for failed or duplicate payments processed by the payment gateway.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Retail orders are shipped within the timeline displayed at checkout.
- B2B shipping is based on proposal terms.
- Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Operational constraints
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Retail Products:
- Returns are not accepted for consumable items.
- Refunds are issued only for:
- Products damaged in transit
- Products wrongly delivered
- Missing items
Customers must share unboxing video + images within 24 hours of delivery.
B2B Orders:
- No returns once the batch is processed.
- Quality claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website—text, images, graphics, branding, and product descriptions—belongs to Agro Savore.
