As we deal with food products, our Cancellation & Return Policy follows strict hygiene and safety standards.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
A. Retail Orders (Store Products)
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if they have not been packed or shipped.
- Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

B. B2B Orders (Bulk / Dehydration Services)
- B2B orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Samples are approved
- Production has begun
- Raw material has been processed
- If cancellation is requested before production starts:
- A cancellation fee may apply
- Advance payments are non-refundable if expenses have been incurred
2. RETURN POLICY
A. Retail Food Products
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened packages
- Used items
- Taste preferences
- Change of mind
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Items are missing
Mandatory for claims:
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the product and label
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (in rare cases)
B. B2B Bulk Orders
Returns are not accepted for:
- Powder, flakes, slices or any dehydrated product
- Products processed as per the client’s specification
- Miscommunication after sample approval
Quality claims (if any) must be raised:
- Within 48 hours of delivery
- With clear supporting evidence (photos, videos, batch details)
We may offer:
- Partial compensation
- Replacement for genuine issues
- No refunds for processed batches
3. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT POLICY
If the order you received is:
- Physically damaged
- Tampered
- Wrong item
- Missing items
Contact us within 24 hours with:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Images of the damage
- Order ID
We will replace the product or issue a refund as applicable.
4. REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect
- For B2B orders, refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment method
Refund will not be issued if:
- Evidence is insufficient
- Product was used or opened
- Claim is submitted after allowed time window
- Issues are subjective (taste, preference, color variations within natural range)
5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for any food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All food products (retail and B2B)
- Custom-processed dehydration batches
- Perishable goods
- Products exposed to heat, moisture, or improper storage
