Tropical Smoothie With Dehydrated Fruits

A refreshing, creamy smoothie using shelf-stable fruits!
Great for mornings when fresh fruits aren’t available.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup dehydrated pineapple
  • ¼ cup dehydrated banana
  • ¼ cup dehydrated mango
  • 1 cup cold milk or plant milk
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dehydrated fruits in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add soaked fruits, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
