
A refreshing, creamy smoothie using shelf-stable fruits!
Great for mornings when fresh fruits aren’t available.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup dehydrated pineapple
- ¼ cup dehydrated banana
- ¼ cup dehydrated mango
- 1 cup cold milk or plant milk
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Soak the dehydrated fruits in warm water for 10 minutes.
- Add soaked fruits, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
