Ingredients:
- ½ cup oats
- 2 tbsp dehydrated apple slices (chopped)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Add oats, dehydrated apples, cinnamon, and chia to a jar.
- Pour in milk and sweetener. Mix well.
