Dehydrated Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp dehydrated apple slices (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions:
