
A perfect make-ahead meal for quick lunches!
This jar combines multiple dehydrated vegetables to create an instant, nutrient-rich soup. Just add hot water!
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup dehydrated carrots
- ¼ cup dehydrated tomatoes
- ¼ cup dehydrated spinach
- 2 tbsp dehydrated onions
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Layer all dehydrated vegetables in a mason jar.
- Add herbs, pepper, and salt on top.
- To serve, add 1½–2 cups of hot water, cover for 10 minutes, and enjoy.
